1. The petitioners in WPC No.2559/2021 has prayed for the
following reliefs :
10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue a
writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing the
respondents not to evict the petitioners from their land in
possession.
10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash
the notice dated 02.03.2021 & 05.03.2021 (Annexure P/1)
passed by the respondent no. 3 and also may further direct
not to evict the petitioners from land in possession.
10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass an
order directing the respondents to process the application for
grant of forest right pending with the respondents authorities.
10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem and
proper in the present circumstances of the case.
2. The petitioners in WPC No.2864/2021 has prayed for the
following reliefs :
10.1 That the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue
a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ directing
the respondents not to evict the petitioners from their land
in possession.
10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to
quash the notice dated 02.03.2021 (Annexure P/1) passed
by the respondent no. 3 and also may further direct not to
evict the petitioners from land in possession.
10.3 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to pass
an order directing the respondents to process the
application for grant of forest right pending with the
respondents authorities.
10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem
and proper in the present circumstances of the case.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court
to withdraw these petitions with liberty to avail the alternative
remedy available to the petitioners under the law.
4. Permission granted.
5. Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed, as withdrawn with
the aforesaid liberty granted in favour of the petitioners.
