1. The present petition has been filed seeking direction to set-aside

the impugned advertisement dated 18.10.2021 passed by the

respondent No.3.

2. Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that

all the new appointments on the post of Guest Lecturer are being

done according to the Guest Lecturer Policy, 2024, therefore,

present case has become infructuous. Hence nothing remains in

this petition for adjudication.

3. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be

made part of this record.

4. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of as infructuous.
