AWARD (Passed on 14/03/2026)
1. The present petition has been filed against the impugned order dated
23.07.2025 (Annexure P/1) whereby Respondent No.5 has been posted in
the place where the petitioner is working i.e. Forest Guard, Parisar Pathra
Range Ratanpur, Forest Division Bilaspur.
2. Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that the
petitioner is willing to withdraw this petition as he is willing to serve in
Kathghora Forest Division.
3. In that view of the matter that contesting parties to this petition have
amicably settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the
terms and conditions of the compromise/settlement arrived at between the
contesting parties are just, proper and legal and hence are acceptable. We
accordingly accept the compromise/settlement, proposed by the parties.
4. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be made part of
this record.
5. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of.
