1. The present petition has been filed challenging the impugned
order dated 19.03.2024 issued by the respondent No. 5 / Chief
Executive Officer, Janpad Panchayat, Kawardha and memo /
letter dated 13.09.2024 issued by the respondent No. 4 / Chief
Executive Officer, Zila Panchayat, Kabirdham.
2. Today, both the parties filed compromise application stating that
the cancelled construction work has been approved under other
schemes and the payment for said work has been made from the
office of Janpad Panchayat Kawardha. Hence both the parties
compromised the dispute amicably and as such nothing remains
in this petition for adjudication.
3. The contesting parties to this petition have amicably
settled/compromised the dispute. We have also found that the
terms and conditions of compromise/settlement arrived at
between the contesting parties are just, proper and legal and
hence are acceptable. We accordingly accept the compromise/
settlement, proposed by the parties.
4. A copy of this compromise/docket arrived at by the parties be
made part of this record.
5. Accordingly, the instant petition is disposed of.
