2. The present application filed under Section 419(4) of Bhartiya

Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of special leave to

appeal.

3. Application being arguable is admitted for hearing.

4. Perused the impugned judgment and gone through the other

material available on record.

5. On due consideration, application for grant of leave to appeal is

allowed. Registry is directed to register the case as regular

Acquittal Appeal.

6. Notice be issued to the respondent by ordinary course as well as

by registered mode within two weeks on payment of process fee

after registration of acquittal appeal.

7. In view of the above, present CRMP stand disposed of.

8. The acquittal appeal be listed on 5th May, 2025 for final disposal in

motion hearing stage.
