suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the

appellants in five criminal appeals being CRA

Nos.723/2024, 771/2024, 857/2024, 946/2024 and

1162/2024, however, with the consent of learned

counsel for the parties, the appeals are heard finally.

Judgment has been passed separately.

Accordingly, I.A. No.01/2024, applications for

suspension of sentence and grant of bail to the

appellants in five criminal appeals being CRA

Nos.723/2024, 771/2024, 857/2024, 946/2024 and

1162/2024, stand disposed of.
