                                    General appearing for the respondent/State.

It transpires from the record that there were two

accused persons involved in the present case, out of

which, one namely Soyeb Ahamad @ Saif has

present the present appeal. However, accused Gulam

Mustafa @ Kali Bhancha has not yet preferred his

appeal against the impugned judgment passed by the

trial Court convicting and sentencing them.

Let the matter be listed tomorrow i.e. 26.08.2025.

The Superintendent of Central Jail, Raipur is

directed to cause appearance of accused Gulam

Mustafa @ Kali Bhancha through video conferencing

tomorrow at 12 noon.

The Registrar (Judicial) shall make necessary

arrangements for taking up this matter at 12 noon

through video conferencing.
