Considering the judgment of the Full Bench of this Court in WPC 2313/2019 decided on 19.09.2019, the present writ petition it its present form at this stage would not be maintainable as the petitioner has a remedy of revision before Commissioner.

Reserving the right of the petitioner to prefer a revision petition, present writ petition accordingly stands disposed off as not maintainable.
