therefore, in view of the judgment of this Court in the case of Akash Chandrakar & another

Vs. State of Chhattisgarh, in Cr.A. No. 101 of 2021, passed on 19 th January, 2022, notice is

required to be issued to the complainant/father of the victim.

Issue notice to the complainant/father of the victim of this case. PF as per rules. Registry is directed to give the fix date for appearance/representation of the complainant/father of the victim before this Court.
