On 08.02.2021, the Principal Secretary Law was directed to file his
own affidavit within ten days explaining cause of delay in filing present
CRMP.
Learned counsel for petitioner submits that affidavit as directed by this
Court was filed on 22.02.2021 alongwith an application for taking affidavit on
record.
Affidavit placed on record is perused, which shows that in affidavit
three dates have been mentioned ie 19.12.2019, 30.12.2019 and
07.01.2021. In affidavit, no explanation as directed by this Court, is offered
with regard to non-filing of appeal or leave to appeal against impugned
judgment and decree from 30.12.2019 till 07.01.2021.
Learned counsel for petitioner is further directed to file fresh affidavit
within three weeks in compliance of order of 08.02.2021 explaining cause of
delay from 30.12.2019 till 07.01.2021.
List the matter after three weeks.
