1) This criminal revision under Section 102 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, 2015 (hereinafter referred as "Act of 2015) is directed against the judgment dated 01.11.2021 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Children Court, Bilaspur (C.G.) in Criminal Appeal No. 172/2021, upholding the order dated 28.10.2021 of the Juvenile Justice Board, Bilaspur (C.G.) rejecting the bail application of the applicant in connection with Crime No. 403/2021 registered at Police Station Sakri, District- Bilaspur (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120- B, 147, 148 & 149 of IPC
2) At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.
3) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.
4) Permission granted.
5) Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
