Citation : 2022 Latest Caselaw 7345 Chatt
Judgement Date : 6 December, 2022
HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR
Order Sheet
FAM No. 254 of 2018
Tejram @ Satish Jayaswal Versus Smt. Anjana @ Anju Jayaswal
06.12.2022
Shri Kamlesh Kumar Pandey, counsel for the appellant.
Both the parties are present in person.
After interaction with the parties, it appears that amicable settlement for reunion is not possible as the wife alleges that the husband has kept a lady/married and out of said relation, children are born.
Taking into consideration above submission, which has not been denied, we are not going into to those issues at this stage. Since we are hearing an appeal arising out of refusal of decree of the Family Court, we deem it appropriate to direct both the parties to file affidavit,s stating therein the source of income, salary slip, movable and immovable property by ancestors and also self acquired, in pursuance of the judgment passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Rajnesh Vs. Neha reported in 2021 AIR 569 SC.
List this case for final hearing in the month of January 2023.
