Hon'ble Shri Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas Order on Board 22.08.2022
1. The petitioner has filed the instant petition claiming for following reliefs:-
10.1 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to produce all the records pertaining to the petitioner's case. 10.2 The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue writ/ direction/ order of appropriate nature commanding the respondent No. 1 & respondent No. 2 to recover the amount of gratuity due to the petitioner as per the Certificate issued along with the interest and penalty from the private respondents within a stipulated time period.
10.3 Cost of the petition may also be granted to the petitioner. 10.4 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper may also kindly be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice.
2. In pursuance of this Court's order dated 27.07.2022, Mr. Manish
Dev Sahu, Tahsildar, Raipur is present before this Court and has filed an affidavit contending that in pursuance of the recovery proceeding initiated by the Tahsildar, the entire amount has been paid by the judgment debtor and he has also given affidavit of the petitioner -Sanjeet Banerjee dated 08.08.2022.
3. Since the entire dues has been paid to the petitioner, nothing is required to be adjudicated by this Court in this petition.
4. With the aforesaid observations, the instant petition stands disposed of. Still the petitioner has some grievance, he is at liberty to file a fresh petition raising his grievances.
