2. Learned Counsel for Respondents No.1 to 3 submits that Writ Petition(227) No.432/2014 has finally been disposed of by this Court vide order dated 04.12.2015, therefore, this petition has now become infructuous.

3. Taking into consideration the submission put forth by learned Counsel for Respondents No.1 to 3 and further considering that no one appears on behalf of the Petitioner even when the matter is called in second round. This Court has left with no other option except to dismiss the case for want of prosecution.

4. Accordingly, the instant petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
