Heard.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant/ accused and the victim/prosecutrix, both got married to each other. He further submits that he wants to file some more documents, therefore, prays for time to argue the matter in the motion stage. He also prays that the matter may be heard finally at the motion stage on the next date of hearing and also looking to the change in the circumstances of the case, pronouncement of the judgment before the Court below be stayed till the disposal of this revision.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State/respondent opposed the above prayer.

On due consideration, pronouncement of judgment of Case No.SCC POCSO/103/2018 pending before Additional Sessions Judge, Third FTC Special Court, Durg, Distt. Durg is stayed till the next date of hearing.
