that the sole appellant namely Ramayan Kumar has

died on 31/05/2021 during the course of his

treatment at D.K.S. Hospital, Raipur. As such, on

account of the death of the sole appellant, the

instant appeal has abated.

2. Accordingly, this criminal appeal stands

dismissed as abated on account of death of the

sole appellant.
