In the present case, appellant is also convicted and sentenced under Section 5(B)/6 of POCSO Act,2012 other than offence Under Sections 363, 366 & 506-B of IPC.

Therefore, in view of judgment dated 17.05.2021 passed in MCRC No.708/2021 by this High Court, let a notice be issued to the victim/informant of the case, through registered mode.
