All theses appeals arise out of the common judgment. In Criminal

Appeal No. 45/2021 filed by Rajendra Kumar, there is an application for

condonation of delay in filling.

Taking into consideration the cause shown and the application for

delay in filing the appeal and keeping in view that the appellant has been

sentenced life imprisonment, we are inclined to condoned the delay.

Accordingly, delay is condoned.

Appeal of Rajendra Kumar is admitted.

State counsel is granted three weeks time to file reply/objection, if any.

List all the appeals for consideration of application for suspension of

sentence after four weeks.
