On due consideration, the direction passed by learned Court below/Additional Sessions Judge, Saraipali Distt. Mahasamund in its judgment dated 22.02.2021 passed in Criminal Appeal No.02/2019 (Hemlal Banjara vs. Mukesh Kumar Sahu) ordering the applicant to pay Rs. 1,25,000/- within a Bini period of 60 days from the date of judgment, is stayed till the next date of hearing.
