1. This office reference has been registered pursuant to letter dated 29-06-2021 of 1st Additional Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Baloda Bazar (C.G.) seeking extension of time for deciding claim case No.22/2013 which was directed to be decided as expeditiously as possible, at any rate within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the judgment. This order was passed by this Court in MAC No.479/2015.

2. Considering the prayer, the time allowed for deciding the claim case is extended for a further period of three months, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the MCC stands disposed of.
