Mr. Devesh Chand Verma, Govt. Adv. appears and

accepts notice on behalf of the State/non-applicant.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the case

has been fixed for judgment by the trial Court tomorrow i.e.

27.08.2021. He further submits that victim/prosecutrix and

applicant/accused have arrived at a compromise, but since the

charges are not compoundable, therefore, it has not been

accepted by the trial Court. Therefore, he may be permitted to

withdraw the instant revision.

Permission is granted, as prayed for.

Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed as

withdrawn.
