1. This is an office reference based on the letter dated 30-7-2021 sent by
the Additional District Judge (FTC), Dhamtari, requesting grant of two
months' time to dispose of Civil Appeal No.40A/2009.
2. At the outset, it is directed that the words "six days" mentioned in the
penultimate line of para 10 of judgment dated 5-7-2021 passed by this
Court in S.A.No.318/2010 {Bhagwat (Died) Through LRs and others v.
Samaru (Died) Through LRs and others}, be read as "six weeks".
However, one month additional period from today is granted to
dispose of the aforesaid first appeal.
3. Accordingly, the MCC stands finally disposed of.
