                 appellants.

                        Shri Rahul Tamaskar, counsel for respondent No.1.

Ms. Vaishali Mahilong, counsel for respondents No. 2 & 3.

Shri Tamaskar, counsel appearing for respondent No.1, while furnishing

covering memo on 20.07.2021, submits that the impugned judgment and decree

has already been questioned before the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special

Leave Petition (Civil) No. 3915 of 2019 by respondents No. 2 & 3, namely,

Meena Sharma and Rohit Sharma respectively and the same is still pending,

therefore, the matter may be adjourned for 8 weeks with liberty to make a

request if the same is decided before the said period.

In view of the contention of Shri Tamaskar, post this matter after 8 weeks

for further orders.
