      The Court:- It is submitted that Bank account has been opened in

Canara Bank, but no Report is there from the Branch Manager, Canara Bank,

Hare Street Branch, pursuant to the direction passed by this Court, as shown

in the Report submitted by the Learned Registrar, Original Side dated 20th

March, 2026.

         Reminder may be given to submit or cause to be submitted.

         A Report is called for by this Court in terms of the Order dated

16.02.2026

from the Branch Manager, Canara Bank, Hare Street Branch,

Kolkata.

Accommodation is sought for by the Learned Receivers.

The Learned Receivers shall forthwith takes steps for recovery of

possession from the trespassers and shall also stand collecting rent from the

tenants. The Receivers are at liberty to approach the local police stations and

the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station shall provide assistance.

The Receivers shall also ascertain and pay, if funds available, the

outstanding amount and municipal taxes and electricity bills, if any.

The detailed statement of accounts shall be submitted by the Learned

Receivers on the returnable date.

The matters will appear in the list for submission of Report on 6th May,

2026.
