The Court: Affidavit of service as filed today in Court is taken on record.

On the request of both parties, Mr. Prabhakar Chowdhury, a Member of the Bar

Library Club, 2nd Floor, is appointed as Special Officer.

The Special Officer will conduct an inspection upon notice and in presence of

both parties as well as the respondent no.5 by March 15, 2026. The inspection and the

report to be filed by the Special Officer will indicate as to the constructions being

conducted in the entire premises and specifically that being conducted adjacent to the

petitioner's area/godown, being occupied by the petitioner. The report must also

indicate as to whether there is any point of access to the rear portion of the tenanted

area by way of a tin shed and the brick wall which has been built adjacent thereat.

Since the parties have agreed to the process, the parties will equally share the

remuneration of the Special Officer which is fixed at Rs.50,000/- at the first instance.

List this matter on March 20, 2026.
