The Court : The Learned Advocate representing the Plaintiff and the

Defendant Nos. 4 and 5 submitted that the order dated 14 th January, 2026 had

been complied by the Department. He had further intimated the Chartered

Accountant vide Order dated 14th January, 2026 passed by this Court.

However, he had not received any response to the same till date. A copy of such

communication filed by the Learned Advocate-on-Record representing the

Plaintiff and the Defendant Nos. 4 and 5 dated 14 th January, 2026 be kept on

record.

Since the Chartered Accountant has not shown any interest of his

acceptance to the aforesaid communication in his prudence, the Registrar,

Original Side may take steps in appointing the Chartered Accountant to assist

this Court in auditing the accounts and file a report to that effect.

Next date be fixed on 25th March, 2026.
