1. The alleged contemnor no.3 is personally present in Court. The

alleged contemnor nos. 1 and 3 have filed their affidavits after serving the

copy to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. Let the same be kept with the

record.

2. As the alleged contemnor no.3 has filed the affidavit, for the

present the personal appearance of the alleged contemnor is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner is at liberty to file reply to the affidavit within two

weeks from date.

4. The interim order is extended till 20th March, 2026 or until

further order.

5. The Deputy Sheriff of Calcutta has submitted a reported dated 20th

February, 2026 wherein it reveals that the office of the Sheriff attempted

to serve the Rule upon the contemnor no.2 but the same could not be

served. Subsequently the soft copy of the Rule was served by way of

whatsapp message and the same was received but in spite of the receipt

of the soft copy of the Rule through whatsapp message the contemnor

no.2 failed to appear before this Court. Thus, this Court finds that this

is the fit case wherein the warrant of arrest can be issued against the

alleged contemnor no. 2. The petitioner is directed to take immediate

steps for issuance of warrant of arrest upon the alleged contemnor no. 2

within a week.

6. List the matter on 17th March, 2026.
