IA No.GA/9/2025 the proposed amendment made in EC/457/2018 as

well as IA No.GA/2/2026 filed in AP-COM/137/2024 contains misleading

statements and contradictory names of the parties. Applications containing

correct names of parties should be filed.

Hence, both the applications are dismissed.

The Court reserves rights to take necessary actions against the Deponent

in future.

The statement of accounts shall be filed by the Applicant as on 31 st

March, 2026 on the outstanding amount on the returnable date in the form of

supplementary affidavit.
