The Court: The matter is put up for necessary clarification. In terms of

Order dated 4th September, 2025 there was a direction that necessary copy

be issued upon the learned Advocate who has applied for the same under

supervision of the Court officers by making photocopy from outside Court

premises. All necessary rules and formalities be complied with.

Learned Advocate submits that till today the copy is not issued. Thus,

it is clarified that the certified copy of Judgment and Decree with

Commissioner's Report and with sketch map be issued upon the learned

Advocate within two weeks.
