The Court :- The Special Officer appointed by a Co-ordinate Bench by this

Court has failed to comply with the order dated 2 nd September, 2025, as well as

25th September, 2025 on refusal of the bank official, HDFC Bank, Bhowanipore

Branch, to cooperate with the Special Officers in furnishing the bank statements

relating to the judgment debtor.

The report filed by the Special Officer be kept on record.

The Registrar, Original Side is to serve notice upon the Manager of HDFC

Bank, Bhowanipore Branch, intimating the next date of hearing to be present

before this Court along with the bank statements of the judgment debtors and

file a compliance report in this regard.

The next be fixed on 3rd December, 2025.

The interim order granted earlier be extended till 3 rd December, 2025.
