Mr. Rohit Banerjee, learned Advocate, is appearing for the decree

holder.

2. Mr. Aniruddha Mitra, learned Senior Advocate, is appearing for the

judgement debtor.

3. Counsel for the judgement debtor has filed affidavit of assets after

serving the copy to the learned Counsel for the decree holder.

4. Counsel for the decree holder submits that earlier this Court has

passed an order of injunction with respect to Savings Bank

Account at Punjab National Bank, Sreebhumi at 21/1, Canal

Street, Kolkata-700048 being account No. 0865010051144 and

Saving Bank Account at Central Bank of India situated at 238 Lake

Town, Block 'B' Kolkata, 700089 being account No. 3082030233

but in both accounts the total amount of Rs.10,000/- is only lying

though the decree passed by this Court is of Rs.14,65,000/-.

5. Counsel for the plaintiff further submits that though the judgment

debtor has filed affidavit of assets disclosing the bank account and

one property but judgment debtor has not disclosed the details of

the amount pending in the said accounts.

6. Considering the submission made by the learned Counsel for the

decree holder, the judgment debtor is directed to disclose the

amount pending in each of accounts which disclosed by the

judgment debtor in the affidavit of assets by the next date fixed.

7. Let the matter appear on 31st July, 2025 at 2:00 pm for

examination of the judgment debtor.
