The Court:- 1. At the very outset learned Advocates appearing on

behalf of the respective parties draw the attention of this Court to the order

dated 6th February, 2025 as passed in connection with this case.

2. It is submitted on behalf of the Judgment Debtor that today the

Judgment Debtor is handing over an account payee cheque dated 20th

February, 2025 for Rs.6,50,000/- in the name of the Decree Holder drawn on

HDFC Bank Limited, Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata-700 017 bearing Cheque

No.000005.

3. Learned Advocate for the Decree Holder in open Court acknowledges

the receipt of such account payee cheque of Rs.6,50,000/-. It has been

agreed by the decree holder and judgment debtor that upon exchange of such

instrument the balance decretal amount comes to the tune of Rs.2,50,000/-

which will be handed over to the decree holder by the judgment debtor

preferably within three weeks,

4. In view of such let the matter be listed on 27th March, 2025 under

the heading "To Be Mentioned".
