The Court: In terms of the Order dated 8th July, 2024, ex parte judgment

and decree dated 26th February, 2019 was set aside subject to the condition

that the defendant shall deposit 75 per cent of the decretal amount with the

Learned Registrar, Original Side within thirty days from the date of order. A

report is called for from the Learned Registrar, Original Side as to whether

payment is made or not.

The learned Counsel for the plaintiff shall also furnish a statement in the

form of supplementary affidavit on or before the returnable date as to the

principal amount, if any, he has received.

The matter will appear in the list on 3rd March, 2025.
