itself. Pursuant to the direction made by this Court the affidavit with regard

to the bank account filed today in Court is taken on record.

On the prayer of the judgment debtor, leave is granted to the

judgment debtor to file an affidavit allegedly praying for mercy. Such an

affidavit is also taken on record without prejudice to the rights and

contentions of the decree holder. Copy of both the affidavits have been

served on the learned Advocate for the decree holder in Court today.

Shri Arun Kumar Tolasaria who is a director of the judgment debtor

company and has affirmed the said affidavit allegedly praying for mercy

shall be present before this Court personally on the next date.

The matter shall appear under the heading 'New Chamber

Application' on January 13, 2026.
