The Court: Despite the direction dated 8th August, 2025, none appears on

behalf of the judgment-debtor. Significantly, by an order dated 8 th August, 2025,

the judgment-debtor was directed to take instructions insofar as a viable proposal

is concerned.

In view of the non-appearance of the judgment-debtor and as a last chance,

the award-holder is directed to serve a notice on the Advocates appearing on

behalf of the judgment-debtor. Alternatively, the award-holder is also directed to

serve a notice on the judgment-debtor, her husband and her son who had

appeared at an earlier stage in this proceeding.
