The Court:- As prayed for by the parties, in the Judgment dated 30th

September, 2024, some necessary corrections should be incorporated in the

following manner:-

In the array of appearance for the plaintiffs the name of the Advocate Mr.

Suman Chatterjee should be added.

In the appearance portion instead of "For Defendant nos. 15 to 18, 21, 22

24 & 25", it should be read as "For Defendant nos. 15 to 18, 20, 21, 24 & 25".

In the first line at page 3, the premises number instead of "Premises No.

24, Strand Road, Kolkata-700001." It should be read as "Premises No. 24,

Strand Road, Kolkata-700001 (also known as a portion of 22/1, 23 and 23/1,

Strand Road in the Kolkata Municipal Corporation records)."

And in the last line at page 3, instead of "... distributed equally among the

five lots.", it should be read as "... distributed equally among the five lots as per

their shares."

Let the aforesaid corrections be rectified and incorporated in the

Judgment dated 30th September, 2024.

The concerned Department is directed to do the needful.
