The Court:- Affidavit of Service filed in Court today be kept with the

records.

Supplementary affidavit filed today by the award holder, disclosing the

names of two individuals in whose favour allegedly the assets have been handed

over by the award debtor in the meantime.

The award holder shall issue notices upon the said two persons, namely

Mr. Krishna Kanta Debnath and Mr. Sudip Naiya, the particulars of whom are

disclosed in paragraph no. 7 of the supplementary affidavit, indicating the

direction of this Court for the said persons to be present on July 18, 2024 for

being examined by the award debtor. The matter shall next be listed on the said

returnable date under the heading 'Examination of Judgment Debtors'.
