The Court:- The judgment-debtor no.1 has been cross-examined on a
preliminary basis and deposes that the judgment-debtor no.1 will file the
affidavit of assets within two months from date.
List this matter on 1st March, 2024.
With regard to the award-debtor no.2, the advocate-on-record of the
award-holder submits that the affidavit of assets, which has already been filed,
does not contain any relevant documents.
The petitioner/award-holder is accordingly given liberty to mention the
matter for early inclusion before the Court which has the determination to hear
the matter.
The warrants of arrest are kept in abeyance till further orders.
