THE COURT:- This matter is placed at the instance of this Court. I have been nominated by the Hon'ble Chief Justice to be a part of an Hon'ble Division Bench from 2nd January, 2024 to 19th January, 2024. So it will not be possible for taking up the process of examination of judgment-debtor on 16th January, 2024.

Accordingly, the matter is preponed today and in the presence of the learned Counsel of both parties I fix the instant matter on 30th January, 2024 at 2 P.M. for examination of judgment debtor.
