The Court : Mr. Somnath Gangopadhyay, learned Advocate for the

judgment debtor craves leave to file affidavit of assets since the time

stipulated by this Court has elapsed.

Leave granted.

Affidavit of assets filed on behalf of the judgment debtor is taken on

record. Copy has been served.

On the prayer of the learned Advocate for the judgment debtor, leave

is granted to file Vakalatnama with Affidavit of Competency.

Mr. Gangopadhyay, learned Advocate for the judgment debtor submits

that the judgment debtor intends to settle the matter. He seeks two weeks'

accommodation to work out the modalities for settlement.

Learned Advocate for the decree holder submits that as per the

affidavit of assets, at page 3 of the current assets there is Cash and Cash

equivalent amount of Rs.63,82,018/- which is sufficient to satisfy the

decretal amount and be deposited accordingly.

List this matter on 5th September, 2024 for examination of judgment

debtor.

Mr. Sanjib Kumar Biswal, Managing Director of Rubee Air Freight

Limited is directed to remain present on the returnable date.
