The Court: A settlement has been reached out of Court between the

parties. Learned counsel for the award-holder also hands over a copy of the

memorandum of understanding dated July 22, 2024 which is kept on record. it

is submitted that the award-debtors have commenced making the payment of

instalments pursuant to the said memorandum. As such, upon hearing both

sides, it transpires that in view of the settlement arrived at between the parties,

the present application has been rendered infructuous.

Accordingly, EC 342 of 2018 is disposed of as infructuous in the light of

the above observations.
