District Judge, 1st Court, Uluberia through the District Judge,

Howrah dated 02.09.2023, it appears that the petitioner has been

acquitted of the charge under the provision of Section 235(1) of the

Code of Criminal Procedure vide judgment dated 30.09.2013 in S.

T. Case No. 396 of 2008. Let the said report be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application

has become infructuous and disposed of.

Copy of the order be communicated to the trial court for

information.
