the plaintiffs/petitioners and Mr. Tanmoy Mukherjee,

learned Advocate for the opposite party Nos. 2 and

3/defendants at length on the point of maintainability.

4. Judgment is reserved to the extent as to whether

the present revisional application as filed under Article

227 of the Constitution of India is maintainable in its

present form.

5. An authenticated photocopy of CAN 4 of 2023 as

filed by the learned Counsel for the petitioners be taken

on record since original CAN 4 of 2023 is stated to have

been misplaced.
