The Court: This execution application has been pending as far back as in

2014. By an order dated 25 July, 2023, the judgment-debtors were directed to

file their Affidavit of Assets.

None appears on behalf of the judgment-debtors nor is any adjournment

prayed for on their behalf.

It is submitted on behalf of the decree-holder that no Affidavit of Assets

has been filed till date.

In view of non-filing of Affidavit of Assets, let there be an order for

warrants of arrest issued against the judgment-debtor no.1 on the returnable

date.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the concerned Police Station having jurisdiction where the judgment-debtor no.1

resides are directed to take necessary steps to ensure due execution of the

warrant of arrest and production of the judgment-debtor no. 1 before this Court

on or before the returnable date.
