The matters are taken up for consideration

subsequent to the order dated September 29, 2023.

On September 29, 2023, we were invited, in fact, at

the behest of the Burdwan Development Authority (BDA) to

pass necessary directions to facilitate execution of title

deeds.

We are informed that, BDA authorities are yet to

execute the title deeds. We are also informed that,

pursuant to our order dated September 29, 2023,

consequent upon BDA agreeing to execute the title deeds

and consequent upon our direction for encashment of the

fixed deposits, the Registrar General encashed the fixed

deposits and prepared demand drafts in favour of the

vendors.

Today, we are informed that BDA applied for review of

the judgment and order dated July 24, 2023 and that, the

review application is scheduled to appear in the list of

October 9, 2023.

In such circumstances, list the appeals on October 9,

2023.

Affidavits, called for, filed in Court by BDA as also

Poddar Projects Ltd. be taken on record.
