As a matter of caution, the award holder is directed to re-serve the

execution application alongwith the Tabular Statement on both the Advocate

appearing on behalf of the judgment debtor nos. 1 to 4.

This is an application for substitution. It is submitted on behalf of the

applicant that during the pendency of this proceeding, the award has been

assigned in favour of Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.

I have considered the averments made in the application and I find the

amendment sought for are formal in nature.

In such circumstances, there shall be an order in terms of prayers (a) and

(b) of the Master's Summons.

With the aforesaid directions, GA/1/2023 stands disposed of.
