The Court : Pursuant to earlier orders of Court, the judgment debtors

by a letter dated 3 October, 2023 have informed the award holder that the

subject vehicles are lying at different locations as indicated in the letter.

The judgment debtors also undertake to hand over several vehicles to the

representative of the award holder by 17 October, 2023.

Mr. Mohammad Iqbal Khan, Mr. Md. Shamim Khan and Mr. Md. Firoj

Khan are present in Court and personally undertake to comply with the

aforesaid directions of Court and hand over the aforesaid vehicles in a

peaceful manner to the concerned representative whose name shall be

communicated by the award holder within the course of the day to the

Advocates on behalf of the award debtor.

The letters filed by judgment debtor be kept with the records. Copies

of the same have been handed over to the award holder.

Liberty is granted to the judgment debtor to file a Supplementary

Affidavit bringing on record certain subsequent facts.

Let these matters appear on 18 October, 2023.
