The Court: The Advocate for the award-holder submits that the

judgment-debtors were directed to file their individual affidavit of assets on 30th

January, 2023.

The said order was communicated to the judgment-debtors and the

award-holder files an affidavit of service to that effect. The affidavit of service

reflects that the order has been duly served on the judgment-debtors. In spite

of service, neither the judgment-debtors have appeared nor have they filed their

affidavit of assets.

In view of the above, let warrants of arrest be issued against the

judgment-debtor nos. 2 and 3. The said warrants are made returnable after 14

weeks.

The jurisdictional Superintendent of Police and the Officer-in-Charge of

the local police station are directed to implement this order and ensure due

execution of the warrants of arrest and production of the judgment-debtors

before this Court on or before the returnable date.
