The Court : Both the learned Advocates appearing for the parties to this
execution case are present.
Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the judgment-debtor has
submitted that he on behalf of the judgment-debtor undertakes to vacate the
premises within three months.
Learned Advocate on behalf of the decree-holder raises objection and prays
for accommodation for three weeks only.
Considering all facts and circumstances and also in view of the undertaking
of the learned Advocate in presence of the judgment-debtor, six weeks' time is
being given peremptorily to the judgment-debtor to vacate the premises within six
weeks from date, failing which the bailiff will deliver possession, if required, after
breaking the padlock with the Police assistance.
