                    The appellants were respondents in the writ

petition. By a judgment and order dated January 25,

2021, passed in WPA 1056 of 2021, the learned Single

Judge has set aside an order rejecting the writ

petitioner's application for compassionate appointment

and has also directed to release terminal benefits to

the writ petitioner immediately on account of his

father's death. Hence, this appeal at the instance of

the Co-operative Bank.

The Bank has filed two applications. One for

condonation of delay and the other for stay of

operation of the order impugned. Such applications,

as per the department's note, are not traceable in the

records. Learned advocate for the appellants is

requested to supply two copies of each of the said

applications when the matter is next listed on June

13, 2023.

Learned advocate for the appellants is requested

to communicate to learned advocate for the writ

petitioner that this matter will be listed again on June

13, 2023.
